Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within one working day of the order being placed.

We offer a standard shipping service which will take 2-5 working days. We also offer an express shipping service which will take 1-2 days. The majority of our orders are handled by Royal Mail and UPS couriers.

We ship worldwide. Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout and vary depending on location. Should you need any assistance, please use the contact us form.

We recycled cardboard boxes and packaging materials for packaging the majority of our orders. We keep all good boxes received by suppliers and ensure they are reused where possible, and we’ll recycle all the rest of them – this hugely reduces the amount of waste produced.
